Mindy’s Munchies Shipping/Handling And Delivery Information
Mindy’s Munchies ships anywhere in the U.S. using UPS as our third party shipping/handling carrier.
We may choose to not ship on Fridays during warmer months to avoid weekend overlays.
Any express orders must be placed by 12 pm to guarantee shipment leaving our facility that day. Ground orders normally ship within 1- 3 business days. Shipping times may vary during higher volume times of year.
All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on the next business day.
Shipments can only be delivered to a street address. the Shipping/Handling Carrier will not deliver to a P.O. Box
Mindy’s Munchies is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect addresses, weather, or any issue the Shipping/Handling carrier such as Fedex may have. NOTE: Shipments that are returned or require re-routing due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment, possibly including replacing the product if damaged.
Shipping/Handling charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event that an office is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
The Shipping/Handling may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
We strongly suggest choosing an overnight shipping/handling option during warmer months. Our products are packaged with ice packs when necessary, however they last 24 hours only.
